The inside faces of kitchen cabinets and drawers
Cooking vapor is fat suspended in air. It lands on every horizontal and vertical surface within reach of the range, including the underside of the upper cabinets and the inside of the doors, and then dust bonds to it. An adult moves through a room at five and a half feet, breathing air that has already had a chance to settle. A crawling baby lives in the bottom eighteen inches of the room, which is exactly where dust, dander and floor residue concentrate, and then puts their hands in their mouth.
