Do you pressure wash?
We assess the surface first. Pressure washing is excellent on sound concrete and destructive on stamped and sealed surfaces, on aging mortar, and on some stone. Where high pressure is not appropriate we use a soft wash approach that gets the same result without the damage.
Can sunscreen stains come out of outdoor cushions?
Often yes, especially when treated before they have baked in for a full season. Older set stains improve substantially but may not disappear entirely. We are upfront about which category yours falls into.
How far in advance of a party should I schedule?
Two or three days before is ideal. That gives cushions and fabrics time to dry completely and leaves a buffer for weather, without allowing enough time for a new layer of dust to settle.
Will the mildew come back?
Treated properly it stays gone for a long stretch, but shaded and damp areas in North Texas will always be the first place it returns. Improving airflow around the furniture in that corner does more than any product.
